Compensation - Wrongful Dismissal

Employment Law in Practice

This is usually a money claim for breach of an employee's notice period in their contract of employment.  The employer may argue that the employee committed an act of gross misconduct, so that the usual contractual notice period does not apply and the employer was right in dismissing the employee summarily and without notice.

Our other website http://www.employmentlaw.co.uk/, will provides information on different legal issues, so please feel free to visit it.

Please call Andrej Pungerl or Ruth Neil at Stone Joseph solicitors, a specialist boutique employment practice and we will provide advice and hopefully a solution to your employment needs.
