Do I need to visit your offices?
Usually, there is no need to have a face to face meeting to advise on a compromise agreement - as long as we see all the relevant paperwork, we should be able to easily deal with the matter by telephone.
The usual documents that we will need to see includes your employment contract, the compromise agreement, employment handbook, related documents for share schemes or other benefits, all relevant correspondence whether by letter or e-mail to be able to assess any potential employment dispute and the compromise package.
If you live outside London we may be able to reimburse your travel expenses if you ask prior to instructing us.
