Gather the evidence - the first advice

Employment Law in Practice

As employment solicitors, Stone Joseph always advises employees to document the procedure to dismissal or document any examples of discrimination or other issues.  Keep diary notes of relevant conversations, store e-mails that are relevant, collect relevant correspondence and write attendance notes.  Make sure you keep copies of your evidence at home.  As a client, we will also advise you on other ways to gather evidence.

We will then be able to assess whether you have been treated unfairly, whether the employer has acted reasonably and if you have been dismissed for an invalid reason.
