How much will it cost?
The deal set out in your compromise agreement is important but you need to pay your bills so cost is always an issue. The initial telephone conversation is non chargeable, so you will be able to get the advice of one of our specialist employment partners from the beginning, and from the outset you will be aware of the full picture and have a recommended strategy.
The legal costs of instructing a solicitor are provided for in the compromise agreement and we will try to work within this budget, so that usually your legal costs will be covered by the employer.
